At Simms Family Dentistry, we are committed to your safety, the safety of our staff and the community at large. Please help us with this commitment by NOT entering the clinic and calling us to reschedule:
- If you are experiencing flu like symptoms including cough, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat.
- If you have traveled out of the area recently.
- If you have been in close contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with or is under investigation for COVID-19
Please contact your primary care provider and take necessary precautions if any of the above statements are true for you or your family. Please call us to reschedule your appointment and we will follow the CDC guidelines to reschedule.
If you have any appointment with us, please abide by the following:
- Please arrive to your appointment on time. Do not arrive early. If you do arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time.
- Only patients with an appointment are allowed in the waiting room. If family members or other people attend your appointment with you, please have them wait in the car.
We look forward to providing your continued care! In the meantime , you can also take steps to prevent the spread of the virus:
- Wash your hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds with soap and water
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Maintain a 6 foot distance between anyone who is coughing/sneezing
